Dr. Tristan Dai
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Noitom Robotics, Dr. Tristan Ruoli Dai is spearheading the development of the world’s largest embodied-AI data platform. A visionary in human-machine interaction with over 15 years of experience, his work is centered on translating the nuances of human motion into intelligent machine behavior.
Dr. Dai’s leadership is built on a proven track record of industry disruption. Before establishing Noitom Robotics, he co-founded Noitom Ltd. and scaled it to become the global leader in motion capture. Under his guidance, the company captured a commanding 70% market share by delivering over 15,000 advanced systems across more than 50 countries. His pioneering contributions to the field are further underscored by over 50 international patents in motion capture, robotics, and human-machine interaction.
A respected voice in the global robotics community, Dr. Dai presented his vision for large-scale embodied intelligence data factories at the 2024 World Robot Conference. He directs Noitom Robotics’ research and development of industrial-scale data pipelines and sophisticated physics-driven retargeting engines, forging strategic collaborations that place the company at the forefront of innovation.
Dr. Dai holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical and Automation Engineering from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Dr. Qing Luan
Chief Product Officer
As Chief Product Officer at Noitom Robotics, Dr. Qing Luan leverages her deep expertise in computer vision, human pose estimation, and digital humans to drive product strategy and innovation. Her focus is on translating complex AI research into market-leading technologies that redefine human-machine interaction.
Dr. Luan has a distinguished history of building and scaling high-impact AI products and teams. As an early founding member of SenseTime, she held multiple executive roles, including Vice President of the Digital Space Business Group. She led the creation of the industry-leading “SenseAR” engine from the ground up, deploying AR services to billions of devices globally through premier applications and smartphone manufacturers like TikTok. This initiative achieved a consistent 3x annual revenue growth, generating hundreds of millions of RMB from a single product line. Dr. Luan also launched “Ruying,” the industry’s first controllable digital-human platform, delivering multiple landmark projects.
Prior to her tenure at SenseTime, Dr. Luan spent six years in senior research and product roles at Microsoft’s U.S. headquarters. She is a recipient of the prestigious Microsoft Research Fellowship and has been recognized by Forbes as one of China’s Top 50 Women in Tech. Her work is published in top-tier conferences, including CVPR and SIGGRAPH Asia, and she holds multiple invention patents.
Dr. Luan earned her Ph.D. from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) in a joint program with Microsoft Research Asia, where she was mentored by renowned computer vision expert Dr. Harry Shum.

Dr. Lei Han
Chief Scientist, Head of Algorithms
As Chief Scientist and Head of Algorithms at Noitom Robotics, Dr. Lei Han leads the development of the core artificial intelligence that powers the company’s embodied intelligence platform. He is a distinguished scholar in robotics and reinforcement learning, focused on creating algorithms that enable machines to learn, adapt, and interact with the physical world.
Dr. Han has directed numerous groundbreaking projects that have advanced the frontier of AI. His research on all-terrain locomotion control for quadruped robots was featured as the cover story of the prestigious journal Nature Machine Intelligence in 2024. In the field of reinforcement learning, he developed an AI agent for StarCraft II that achieved the professional Grandmaster level, a feat widely hailed by industry media as a new pinnacle in strategic AI.
His significant contributions are documented in over 60 papers published in premier conferences and journals, including ICRA, NeurIPS, and SIGGRAPH, which have garnered more than 5,000 citations. Prior to joining Noitom, Dr. Han was the Head of the Embodied Intelligence Center at Tencent Robotics X Lab and formerly served as an Assistant Professor at Mississippi State University. He holds more than 20 international and Chinese invention patents.
Dr. Han earned his Ph.D. from Peking University.

Roch Nakajima
Chief Marketing Officer
As Chief Marketing Officer of Noitom Robotics, Roch Nakajima applies over three decades of international, technology-driven marketing expertise to lead the company’s global brand strategy. His focus is on positioning Noitom Robotics as the premier partner for enterprises adopting embodied AI and advanced automation solutions across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
Roch has a demonstrated history of achieving dominant market leadership. As President of Noitom International, he successfully scaled the company’s motion capture solutions, including the flagship Perception Neuron product line, to capture over 80% of the global market. His entrepreneurial acumen was previously showcased when he founded RKG Creative, an innovative agency recognized for its pioneering digital strategies.
In his current role, Roch is spearheading the market expansion of robotics solutions into key sectors such as manufacturing, healthcare, security, and logistics. He forges high-impact collaborations with industry leaders, including AMD, Epic Games, and Microsoft, to enhance workplace automation. A recognized thought leader, Roch is a frequent speaker at global technology forums like IBC in Amsterdam, sharing insights on the future of intelligent machines.
Roch holds a Master’s degree in Development Economics from Brown University.

Yongfei Gu
Vice President of Software Engineering
As Vice President of Software Engineering, Yongfei Gu leads the architectural design and development of Noitom Robotics’ software platforms. With over 20 years of experience in full-stack development and system architecture, he specializes in building robust, scalable solutions that power the company’s advanced robotics and AI initiatives.
Mr. Gu has a distinguished track record of managing large-scale engineering teams and delivering complex, high-impact products. He has successfully led the development and deployment of more than 10 major products in motion capture, distributed systems, and mobile operating systems, reaching a cumulative user base of over 100 million. In a previous role as VP of Software Engineering at Noitom, he managed teams of over 100 engineers and notably re-architected a standalone motion capture platform into a cloud-native microservices system, boosting concurrent performance by 30 times.
His technical leadership extends to nationally significant projects, having led or played a major role in two National Key R&D Programs and five provincial-level projects. He holds eight granted invention patents and was recognized among the top 5% of outstanding employees during his tenure at Motorola. Mr. Gu excels at aligning deep system-level design with top-level product strategy to accelerate the industrialization of cutting-edge technologies.

Yao Li
Vice President of Sales and Business Development
As Vice President of Sales and Business Development, Yao Li leads the global commercial strategy for Noitom Robotics. Leveraging over 20 years of experience in the information technology industry, he is responsible for driving revenue growth, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s market presence worldwide.
Mr. Li has a strong record of exceeding sales targets and building robust distribution channels from the ground up. Since joining Noitom in 2016, he has secured total contracts valued at over 200 million RMB. He personally set a company record with a single motion capture project valued at 8 million RMB and successfully established a global distributor network of over 50 partners. His leadership was instrumental in expanding Noitom’s sales across China and into more than 20 countries, including the U.S. and key markets in Europe and Southeast Asia.
Prior to his tenure at Noitom, Mr. Li held senior sales and key account leadership roles at IBM China and AVAYA China, where he specialized in enterprise-level contract acquisition. His expertise lies in developing 0-to-1 business opportunities and creating thriving channel ecosystems that deliver sustained growth.
Mr. Li holds a degree from the University of Science and Technology of China and was a visiting scholar at the University of California San Diego’s School of Global Policy and Strategy.

Anmin Xu
Vice President of Hardware Engineering
As Vice President of Hardware Engineering, Anmin Xu leads the end-to-end development and production of Noitom Robotics’ physical systems. He applies his deep expertise in hardware design, system integration, and manufacturing to transform advanced research prototypes into scalable, mass-produced products.
His technical leadership encompasses the full hardware stack, including structural design, high-speed PCB, RF antenna design, automated testing, and supply chain management. Mr. Xu excels at ensuring product reliability and optimizing bill of materials (BOM) for large-scale production, making him a pivotal force in the industrialization of Noitom’s cutting-edge robotics technology. He is a graduate of the Nanjing University of Science and Technology.
Mr. Xu has a proven history of delivering high-volume consumer electronics, having brought over 10 different hardware products from concept to market, resulting in shipments exceeding 10 million units. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership positions, including Fellow at Huawei Consumer Business Group, Hardware Director at Smartisan Technology, and senior hardware lead at ByteDance. In these roles, he has overseen the successful delivery of multiple high-profile smartphones and XR devices.
